NO EXCHANGE NO RETURN
At Ivalin mabia, we strictly follow NO EXCHANGE and NO RETUTN POLICY for all products. At IvalinMabia, customer satisfaction is important to us and We carefully check the QUALITY for every product before dispatch.
Return / Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is received damaged or defective.
You must:
Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos/videos through email
Return the item in its original condition with original packaging
For all other reasons, NO RETURN & NO EXCHANGE will be accepted.
How to Request a Return

Once approved, we will share return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping should be arranged by the customer. We do not have a pickup service available. Customers must courier the product back to our office within 48 hours of receiving return approval.
Important
If the package looks damaged or tampered before delivery: Please refuse the parcel, Take photo/video proof in front of the delivery person, andReturn the package immediately.
REFUND POLICY
Once the return is approved and processed:
· Refunds will be issued as:
a. Store credit, or
b. Refund to the original payment method
· Refund processing may take:
a. 10 working days from our side
b. Additional 7–15 working days by banks/payment providers
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
NO CANCELLATION is allowed for all products after Order confirmation. As these are specially made to order, cancellations are not possible once confirmed.
ORDER MODIFICATION POLICY
If you need to make any changes to your order, please notify us via WhatsApp at [0091 99526 79935] within the timeframes below:
Normal dispatch Orders: Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
Express Dispatch Orders: Requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order.
Please Note: We are unable to accept any modification requests received after these time limits have passed.
All of our garments are strictly made-to-order. Because we begin the stitching process immediately after these specific timeframes, we cannot accept any modification requests or changes once the deadline has passed. We kindly ask that you double-check all details and measurements before finalizing your order.
